Artist's Description
The city center of Amman Jordan provides both an assault on, and a feast for, the senses. The sound of cars honking and vendors hawking their wares, the smells of meat grilling, the colors of the clothing and the food. This image is of a bit of calm in the midst of the storm: A man smoking a cigarette as he sat on a bench along the sidewalk.
